Six Senses Gallery guarantees the quality of all merchandise* offered, and that the specifications and description of the merchandise are true and correct.

If any merchandise is found to be defective upon receipt by a customer, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the merchandise is no longer available from stock, then the customer may choose merchandise of the same value as the original merchandise, or request a full refund, which will be credited to their credit/charge card. If merchandise is found to be defective, Six Senses Gallery may request that the merchandise to be returned, in which case, the merchandise should be repacked in the original packaging and returned to Six Senses Gallery by first class postage. The postage cost will be credited by Six Senses Gallery to the customer. Six Senses Gallery may choose to request a photograph of defective merchandise, rather than have it returned.

If a customer wishes to return merchandise to Six Senses Gallery for credit or change, for reasons other than the merchandise being defective, the merchandise must be repacked in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for either first class postage or courier charges for the return, and for courier delivery charges for the replacing merchandise.

Six Senses Gallery will not be responsible for merchandise returned without first contacting Six Senses Gallery. Copy of the relevant sales receipt and shipping documents must be provided with all items returned for credit or exchange.

*Books and Music CDs are not covered by this policy. Sale of these items is final.


Any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

We may ask you for personal information in order to provide the services you request.

For example, when you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a personal account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you may authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), and optionally, credit card and billing information.

In order to ship and track merchandise, we may make your name and address available to such companies as a registered courier service or postal service.

From time to time, Six Senses Gallery and its parent company Six Senses Resorts & Spas may e-mail you with details of special offers and/or newsletters. If you choose not to receive further e-mail in this regard, please click on the unsubscribe link on the mailing and your contact will be removed from future mailings.
